Following on from the T-com House in Berlin.
The first spectacular aspect of the House of the Future is simply its location: right in the middle of Berlin, between Friedrichstraße and Potsdamer Platz, there is a little white house, which appears rather modest next to the magnificent buildings that surround it. You cannot tell from outside what is concealed within the T-Com-Haus at number 13, Leipziger Straße. But the finest in high technology hides behind the façade of the 240 m² prefabricated building – not exhibited in an abstract museum format, but in a tangible, habitable way.
